This 2014 briefing gives an overview of how social network analysis (SNA) has been used to explore service delivery networks and resource sharing at district level, and proposes the adoption of SNA more widely in order to generate supplementary data that can better guide district and national level stakeholders to better recognize the drivers and bottlenecks of district level performance.
