Dr Haja Wurie - ReBUILD Consortium member and Senior Lecturer at the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, University of Sierra Leone - has been honored for her work. At the university's recent award ceremony, Dr Wurie was presented with an award for her contribution to research.

Dr Wurie said of her award:

"I am so thankful to have received an award from the University of Sierra Leone for my contribution to research. ReBUILD, thank you for giving me a platform to network effectively and for supporting my professional development. Thank you also to my mentors and peers who have supported and motivated me."
