Exploring health workforce preparedness for shocks in Turkey- presentation

This presentation was made at the 8th Global Symposium on Health Systems Research in Japan in November 2024 by Wesam Mansour of Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.

The presentation outlined a study which aimed to generate evidence to help strengthen local health system preparedness and responses to shocks by improving health workforce preparedness and management in Turkey, using the country’s response to the 2023 earthquakes as a measure.
